Flamingo is a renowned women's shaving brand, the sister brand of Harry's Shave Club. I was brought on to revamp their subscription flow, checkout experience, and email drip campaigns. But knowing me—I couldn't just stop there—I added a new brand on top of it too.
Perplexed that no flamingos were present in the brand I decided to create a flamboyant mascot. This created a story telling device I could build around and also just made sense for the brand. When a landing page with my new designs was tested against the current one, the conversion rate was 6% higher!
